US Breeder Registration
US Breeder registration fee includes admission to the Welcome reception (transportation on own), additional meals and coffee breaks on Monday only, Gala dinner, exhibits, and conference sessions on Monday. It does not include Farm Tours on Sunday and Tuesday or World Dairy Expo entrance on Wednesday and Thursday.
Accompanying Guest Tour Registration Details - Experience Madison
Accompanying Guest Tour registration fee includes walking tour of Madison, State Capitol building tour, shopping downtown on State Street, behind the scenes tour of Overture Center for the Arts, lunch, Olbrich Botanical Gardens tour, and bus transportation. To register for the conference, click the Registration Form (to come) button at the top of the page, complete the PDF, and email to email@example.com by August 15, 2021; you may also click the Submit button on the form after you save the form to your computer and email it to BSA. Registrations received after this date will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the registration form, payments will be processed manually and a receipt will be sent along with a confirmation.
Fees to attend the meeting must be paid in advance. Registrations are not considered final until credit card information or a check or money order is received. All credit card registrations must include complete credit card information, including number, expiration date, cardholder name, and security code on the back of the card. American Express, Mastercard, and VISA are accepted. Organizations can be billed only if noted on the registration form either electronically or by mail. Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD) and drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit card fees will appear as a charge on your credit card statement to Brown Swiss Association.

Substitutions or Cancellations
We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge as long as it is communicated in writing via email by August 30th.
If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $50.00 USD processing fee), if we receive notice in writing on or before August 30, 2021. Registrants who cancel after August 30, 2021 will be not be eligible for any part of a refund. (Please note that refunds only can be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial transaction.)
The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing; email notification is preferred.
To provide cancellation notice, request a refund, withdraw your presentation, or to advise us of a substitution, please send an email to Brown Swiss Association (BSA) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Letters of Invitation
Only presenting speakers will receive a letter of invitation. You must have paid the registration fee to receive an invitation letter. If you require an invitation letter, please contact BSA at email@example.com.
Please note: We are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates on behalf of a potential attendee. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are emailed directly to them. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed in a timely manner before you start your journey. We recommend you apply for your visa at least 10 weeks before you travel (earlier in some cases). For more information, contact your nearest embassy or consulate.
